It is a magnificient stone building dated 1600, situade in the heart of the green fields of Umbria, at one hour and a half by car from Rome, in the immediate neighbourhood of the beatiful city od Todi, which position enable to reach in few minutes the most famous artistical-cultural places of the area, such as, Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Perugia, etc. The farmhouse rise over a panoramic position, on a hill of 450 meters of altitude. The big extension of the surronding property, more than 15 hectare of land, partially for agricultural use and partially woodland, and where flows a stream that can be easyly flows crossed by stepping a small bridge, allows an absolute privacy; at the same time, the farmhouse is very well connected by a private road of aproximately 150 meters, to the provicial road, where transits a pubblic bus. In the neighbourhood you can find all the necessary shops: super market and bar at aproximateley 400 meters, turistic services, bank, medical and phamacy, with a wide alternative of restaurants and inn where you can taste the famous wines and the delicious local dish based on hunted animals, mushrooms, “tartufi” and handmade “spaghetti”. The farmhouse, dominated by a small tower, has been recently restructured, using the traditional technich and materials, wooden beam and handmade tile, to keep untouched the charm of the ancient farmhouse building. Around the farmhouse ther is a flowered garden of aproximately 3000 square meters.
